SIRDS(Social Integrated Rural Development Society) is an NGO (non-governmental organization) The ultimate aim of SIRDS is community development, through the self-sufficiency of the community. The members of the society found in the motivation, mobilization, and facilitating in the issues of development of the targeted groups - Farmers, Women and Children and other backward classes. Women Empowerment has been the prime area of work.

Medicine Distribution

Most of doctor might recommend certain multivitamins during pregnancy to cover any nutritional gaps in diet. So that, we distributed 1600 Multivitamins medicine to 16 Hospitals at Gowribidanur Tq, Chikkaballapur. And also distributed 3000 albendazole and 5000 Vitamin 'A' tablets to children's.
Medicine Distribution to Students

We disbursed Albendazole tablets to students at Government High School at Gowribidnur Taluk, Chikkaballapur District. It is essential that students were properly protected against communicable diseases and other infections which could upset their academic performances. A lot of children have been affected by anemic, nutrition deficiency and other disorders that need timely treatment.
